About My Clients

I walk alongside veterans and other courageous clients ready to heal, embrace new ways of living, and welcome honest, compassionate support, whether in therapy or psychedelic integration. Together, we untangle trauma, let go of what’s been carried too long, and open space for self-trust, clarity, and connection. I bring steady presence, grounded guidance, and tools that honor mind, body, and spirit so each step feels intentional and deeply human.

My Background and Approach

In this space, I combine therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are and support deep healing. I use EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you process trauma, release stuck patterns, and reconnect with parts of yourself that have been suppressed. These methods create real shifts, helping you feel grounded, resilient, and in control of your life. I also integrate somatic and holistic practices to bring healing into the body, not just the mind. For clients exploring psychedelics or retreat experiences, I provide preparation, guidance, and integration support to make these experiences safe and meaningful. My heart is in working with veterans and trauma survivors, and as a veteran myself, I understand the courage it takes to do this work. I also support anyone ready to create meaningful change. Each session combines compassion with practical tools, leaving you with clarity, self-trust, and ways to move forward. I create a space where real transformation is possible.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My beliefs are shaped by my experiences working with veterans and first responders, survivors of human trafficking, and others facing profound challenges. I am deeply connected to the healing power of the natural world and take a holistic approach to well-being, addressing the mind, body, and spirit. My military background taught me the resilience of the human spirit and the importance of community. Veterans and trafficking survivors hold a special place in my heart, as they often carry unseen burdens. I strive to create spaces where they feel understood, supported, and empowered to heal. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic therapy, and ketamine-assisted therapy to address trauma and foster growth. These methods are most effective when combined with mindfulness, nutrition, movement, and connection to nature. I believe healing must be comprehensive, acknowledging the complexity of each individual.
