My clients are individuals, couples or families who want to improve their emotional wellness. They might be going through a challenging period in their life, may struggle with interpersonal relationships, conflict at work, or they may be looking to improve their marital or family dynamics. My Background and Approach
I have extensive training in couples & family therapy. I have specialized in addiction treatment & families of those with a substance use disorder. I have also worked with individuals going through grief/loss, anxiety, life transitions, nicotine cessation, ADHD, depression and interpersonal conflict, as well as military families and college students.
