My goal with this issue is to help you obtain a level of normalcy. There is a strong likelihood of holistic sarcasm and numerous questions. I prefer to use plain language instead of overtly clinical dialogue. I want you to feel relaxed, and I want you to know that therapy is nothing more than a very structured conversation.
My Background and Approach
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.

As a dedicated mental health counselor with a specialization in Trauma, my journey has been one of profound empathy, unwavering commitment, and continuous learning. Throughout my career, I have come to understand that each individual grappling with mental illness has a unique story to tell, and I am deeply honored to be a part of their transformative journey towards healing and self-discovery. Empathy lies at the core of my therapeutic practice. I firmly believe that the path to supporting individuals with schizophrenia requires a genuine understanding of their experiences, emotions, and challenges.
