About My Clients
I specialize in the field of eating disorders treating adolescents and adults, individuals and families. I have worked in all levels of care for over a decade, allowing me to treat an array of symptoms and co-occurring conditions. In addition to treating eating disorders, I am also passionate about working with those experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, pre/post-natal issues, life transitions, self-esteem, self-growth and goal setting.
My Background and Approach
My training is strengths-based, trauma informed, and recovery-perspective grounded. I have worn many hats and have extensive experience throughout continuums of care and knowledge from each angle of treatment. My approach embodies authenticity, humor, empathy, and honesty. Alongside of that my approach for therapy is electic as I believe many approaches are helpful such as ACT, EFT, DBT, CBT and FBT approaches.
