About My Clients
Asking for help is one of the most courageous acts you will ever do. I consider it an honor to stand with those who have lost their sense of self and belonging due to life’s storms. I know firsthand how it is to be deeply wounded and walk it through to healing. Helping others do the same is my passion. I’d love to help you overcome life’s obstacles, find hope again, and flourish in the journey of life.
My Background and Approach
I hold a PLPC in the states of Missouri and Oklahoma. My credentials include an undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Marriage and Family Therapy and a master’s degree in the Art of Counseling and Psychology. I have treated a wide range of ages from 6-80+ and have a background in adolescents, marriage and family therapy, grief, and loss, anxiety, and depression to name a few.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are spirit, soul, and body and that each client should be treated holistically to get the most benefit from the counseling experience. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, reading, fishing, hiking, paddle boarding, gardening, and walking my dogs.
