About My Clients

I work with women who feel emotionally stuck and are tired of repeating the same patterns in relationships, boundaries, or self-worth. They’re drained by people-pleasing, anxiety, and unresolved pain. Many have reached a point where they know something has to change. They may not have all the answers yet, but they’re ready to begin the process of healing, breaking cycles, and finding clarity, confidence, and freedom from the inside out.

My Background and Approach

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a space where you can exhale, be seen fully, and work toward real change without judgment. I integrate EMDR, CBT, solution-focused techniques, and trauma-informed care to meet your needs with both structure and compassion. I specialize in helping adults break free from burnout, anxiety, people-pleasing, and the emotional residue of unhealthy relationships. Sessions are grounded in attachment theory and explore how early dynamics may still shape how you show up in the world today. We’ll connect the dots between past and present while building tools to help you set boundaries, trust your voice, and create more aligned relationships—with others and with yourself. Therapy with me is not just about insight, but about integration. Together, we’ll move from just surviving to restoring who you were always meant to be.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that therapy is sacred work. It’s where we unlearn, rebuild, and return to ourselves. I see every client as the expert of their own life and story—and my role is to walk alongside you, not ahead of you. I believe in healing that honors both logic and emotion, mind and body, faith and reason. For those who desire it, I’m able to integrate Christian faith and spiritual themes in a respectful, non-coercive way. I believe people can change—but not by force, shame, or performance. Real growth is born out of safety, insight, and choice. I also believe that just because something is “common” doesn’t mean it’s healthy. We don’t normalize dysfunction here—we name it, challenge it, and make room for something better.
