About My Clients

Are you feeling overwhelmed, navigating life changes, or seeking stronger relationships? I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional challenges. My person-centered, trauma-informed, and multicultural approach honors your unique experiences. Through talk therapy and art therapy, we can build coping skills, deepen connections, and explore new perspectives. We'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

My Background and Approach

You deserve a space where you feel safe, understood, and accepted. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, you don't have to figure it out alone. I am a Resident in Counseling and Provisional Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P), practicing under supervision. My person-centered, trauma-informed, and multicultural approach honors your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals. I integrate talk therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to support healing, emotional regulation, and self-discovery. Art therapy offers another way to explore your feelings when words are difficult; no art experience is necessary. Together, we'll find approaches that fit your needs and help you move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves to feel valued, respected, and accepted for who they are. My counseling approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and multicultural, grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for your unique experiences. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space that honors neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ identities, accessibility, and self-expression. I recognize how identity, culture, relationships, and systemic barriers shape our well-being. My goal is to honor your unique strengths and lived experiences while we explore challenges together, embrace authenticity, and find a path toward healing and growth that feels right for you.
