About My Clients

If so, you might be feeling overwhelmed, like you’re too much, or even like you might explode. You probably have never even talked to someone about the thoughts and feelings that you have. But, keeping this to yourself only serves to perpetuate how you feel. Talking to someone can help. Together we can work through these feelings and meet your specific goals.
My Background and Approach
I approach each client from a holistic, client-centered perspective. I believe that change happens through having a good therapeutic relationship and by tailoring each session to what the client needs. My goal is to ultimately work myself out of a job by equipping clients with the skills necessary to navigate life and challenges on their own.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change can happen and that small steps lead to meeting big goals. I think that people have the ability to face challenges but may need help learning new skills or unlearning unhealthy behaviors that were modeled for them growing up. These changes can happen in a safe, judgement-free environment which is what I strive to create for each and every client.
