About My Clients
We'll work well together if you have already been consciously working on your healing journey for awhile and are now ready to call in support to deepen from a space of humility. I prefer to work on specific goals and dive into what's most important. I also work well with artists, musicians, and children! I love working with couples to communicate with emotional honesty and vulnerability and am happy to work with couples on relationship as well as individual goals.
My Background and Approach
I went to Brown for my MA in Philosophy, Boston College for my Counseling Psychology MA and have accrued expertise and experience in EMDR, hypnotherapy, Ayurveda, meditation, energy work, and art therapy over the last 12 years. I work creatively and intuitively in my sessions, and love to support you in finding your sovereignty as the creative, loving person you are. We can go deep with hypnotherapy into the wounds that need compassion, attention, and rescripting. We can also have fun, write songs together, dance together, get your body feeling emotionally light and open again. I have a way of seeing the good in people, which is best channeled professionally and can be more of a challenge personally. :) It's okay if you can't find the optimism in this moment in your life, because I'll both see the light at the end of the tunnel and accept you for where you are and who you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all people deserve love, presence, and freedom of expression. I have a heart for people who have experienced oppression and limitation and it's my honor to work with you experience life in a more liberated way. I believe creativity is also a wonderful source of healing. My personal medicine is hiking through nature, hugging stones and trees, and singing and dancing for the mountains. I currently live in the Sacred Valley in Peru and I'm grateful to sit with the powerful healing energy here and share it with those I have the honor to support.
