About My Clients
I support teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity, life transitions, and neurodivergence. My practice centers marginalized voices while welcoming clients of all backgrounds. I hold space for those who feel overwhelmed, different, or unseen—but still believe in their healing capacity. You don’t have to mask here. My ideal client is ready to grow, feel empowered, and reconnect with their authentic self.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and years of experience supporting teens and adults through anxiety, depression, identity exploration, neurodivergence, and life transitions. I use a warm, collaborative, and affirming approach to help clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I aim to help you reconnect with your inner resilience and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Black woman and mental health therapist, I’m passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces for those who’ve historically felt unseen or silenced. I believe in the power of representation and healing through authenticity. I support movements like Black Lives Matter, LGBTQIA+ rights, and mental health equity. I’m deeply committed to dismantling stigma around mental health in marginalized communities and helping people reclaim their voices and worth.
