About My Clients
Queer women, trans+ folx, and trauma survivors come to me for HAES-aligned, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive approaches to growth and healing. You deserve to be seen, heard, and respected, no matter what you bring in. My practice is best suited for folks who feel safer in their current environments but want support in processing past experiences, exploring identity, and boundary setting.
My Background and Approach
I received my BA in Psychology from Central Washington University and am currently completing a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have specialized training in trauma healing, LGBTQIA+ affirming counseling, domestic violence, crisis intervention, and eating disorders. I take an anti-oppressive approach to healing and believe that everyone is capable of growth and recovery.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a mixed-race, cis-gender, queer woman and trauma survivor. I stand with immigrants, BIPOC, WOC, and my trans+ family against systemic and historic violence in a time where hatred and ignorance runs rampant. I stand with you.
