About My Clients
I work with neurodivergent adults, veterans, and individuals seeking tools and solutions for executive dysfunction and complex trauma. My clients often juggle ADHD, anxiety, or the lasting impact of trauma and they want more than surface-level coping skills. Together, we’ll tackle overwhelm, build systems that work for your brain, and explore how past experiences shape your present so you can move forward with clarity and purpose.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and crisis stabilization supervisor, I bring years of experience supporting clients in high-intensity environments. My approach blends trauma-informed care, CBT, and practical skill-building tailored to each client’s unique strengths. I see you within the bigger picture your relationships, environment, and history so we can address patterns at the root, not just the symptoms. Whether we’re untangling ADHD challenges, managing anxiety, or healing from complex trauma, I combine empathy with actionable strategies you can start using right away.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be collaborative, energizing, and deeply personal. There’s no one-size-fits-all path to growth your goals set the direction, and we’ll adapt as we go. I’m passionate about mental health advocacy, creating accessible resources for neurodivergent communities, and building resilience through education and connection. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to a new high-school aged boy and a dog mom (eight French Bulldogs keep me busy!), I value humor, authenticity, creativity, and compassion as essential tools for navigating life.
