About My Clients

My clients are often high achievers who look like they're holding it all together but feel overwhelmed on the inside. They may be struggling with anxiety, eating disorders, body image, ADHD, burnout, perfectionism, or major life transitions. I also work with musicians, creatives, and professionals navigating high-pressure careers who want to feel more grounded, connected, and confident in themselves.

My Background and Approach

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in the music industry, giving me firsthand insight into the unique pressures of high-performance careers, burnout, perfectionism, and identity. Today, I combine that lived experience with evidence-based therapy to help clients create lasting change. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with experience treating anxiety, eating disorders, body image concerns, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions across outpatient and higher levels of care, including PHP and IOP settings. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I draw from EMDR, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, Intuitive Eating, and Health at Every Size(HAES), tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs. Together, we'll build practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and aligned with your values.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing begins with understanding, not judging, yourself. Many of us carry an inner critic that developed over time through past experiences, relationships, or unrealistic expectations. Together, we'll explore where those patterns came from, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and begin replacing self-criticism with self-compassion. I don't believe therapy is one-size-fits-all. Every person brings a unique story, strengths, and goals, so I tailor treatment to fit your needs rather than expecting you to fit a specific approach. We'll work collaboratively to identify what's most important to you, establish meaningful goals, and build a practical toolbox of coping skills that you can use long after therapy ends. My hope is that you'll leave therapy not only feeling better, but with a deeper understanding of yourself and the confidence to navigate future challenges with resilience.
