You’re trying your best, but life didn’t used to be this hard. Things aren’t going right. You notice it’s harder to be happy, to feel connected, or even to get out of bed in the morning. It feels like you’re failing...like you aren’t good enough.
My Background and Approach
I can help. I offer a safe place to process all the things you’ve been holding in. The sadness, grief, worry, disappointment, loneliness, shame, and anger, we can work through it. We’ll work together to find the best tools for you to get unstuck. To get you back to living the life you want. To help you discover your authentic, whole self. Concerns I can help with: Anxiety | Depression | Perfectionism and Shame | Work/School/Ministry Burnout | Life Transitions | Codependency | Distressing Life Events I offer approaches from EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, Brene Brown, and Mindfulness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We only know what we know. There’s so much about life that we’re never taught, or the ways we were taught were unhelpful or harmful. I believe that every person has the ability to change, grow, and heal. We sometimes just need a little help. That’s where I can be of service. My hope is that clients feel safe, accepted, and understood when they meet with me. I honor and acknowledge the inherent dignity and worth of all people. I value the chance to work with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, identities, and beliefs.
