I have attended trainings in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Internal Family Systems, EMDR and Compassion Fatigue.

I use a strengths based approach to therapy because I believe understanding our own capabilities and building off of these will help create more sustaining growth during and after therapy concludes.
