My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life holds many truths at once.It can be beautiful, full of wonder and it can also be heavy, uncertain, and deeply painful. These experiences aren’t opposites; they exist side by side. We weren’t made to carry it all on our own. At some point, we all need support to make sense of past wounds, to move through the hard parts, or simply to remember we don’t have to stay stuck. Learning to let go of what no longer serves us is how we begin to step into the life we’re meant to live. I deeply believe in the power of feeling seen, heard, and accepted.
