As both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher, I take a holistic and integrative approach. I incorporate yoga and mindfulness-based interventions to help you focus on the present moment and become more intuned to your mind and body. My hope is for you to leave each session feeling empowered and more at peace within yourself.
Together we will explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, find healthy ways to cope with life changes, improve communication skills, set boundaries and maintain healthy relationships. Most importantly, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard.
