About My Clients
Are you struggling with overwhelming stress + anxiety? Maybe it has been difficult for you to adjust to a recent life change such as becoming a new mom. Perhaps you are grieving a pregnancy loss or struggling with infertility. Many of my clients are women seeking support as they navigate relationship issues and family dynamics, build self-esteem and overcome various challenges in their life from breakups to motherhood.
My Background and Approach
I take an integrative approach by incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based techniques throughout the therapy process. This helps to give you concrete tools + coping skills to manage your emotions as well as challenge your negative or anxious thoughts. More importantly, I provide compassionate support in a safe, non-judgmental space.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
After struggling to grow my own family and receiving an infertility diagnosis of PCOS, I became increasingly passionate for helping women going through infertility and pregnancy loss as well as maternal mental health. Since having our miracle in 2021, I have taken extensive trainings in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International, Perinatal Loss and Grief as well as Healing Perinatal Trauma. It is truly such an honor to walk alongside clients on their journey to and through motherhood.
