About My Clients

Feeling constantly on edge with intrusive thoughts and a looming sense of doom? Struggling with feelings of loss, fear, or hopelessness? Is your inner critic relentless, highlighting mistakes, imposing impossible standards, and fueling self-doubt? You're not alone. Anxiety and depression can be overwhelming, especially amidst life changes. In therapy, we will create a safe space to explore emotions, confront fears, and develop coping strategies, fostering resilience for healing, step by step.

My Background and Approach

I've gathered an array of tools to help with the challenges you're facing. Together we'll navigate your current situation, striving for stability. We'll explore what happens in your mind during moments of fear or self-doubt. By pinpointing and transforming negative thought patterns, we'll equip you with practical tools to manage overwhelming emotions. We'll start to rewrite your story, uncovering strength and solutions within. I'll be there every step of the way as we uncover your goals and motivations, igniting inspiration and confidence for positive change. With the knowledge gained from years of training and experience, my ultimate goal is to witness you thriving in a life where your inner critic works for you, not against you. Together, we'll cultivate resilience, empowering you to gain control over self-doubt and fear, bouncing back from tough times with newfound strength and confidence.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I wholeheartedly believe in the beauty of everyone's uniqueness and the fact that there's no one size fits all approach. That persistent emotional turmoil can stem from trying to meet others' expectations, rather than embracing our true selves. While our early experiences shape us, they don't have to define us forever. We're all capable of growth and change as we continue to learn and progress over time. I understand firsthand that the journey can sometimes be painful, awkward, or filled with moments of fear or uncertainty. But I also believe in the power of healing and the importance of compassion along the way. As a mom, fellow veteran, and member of the queer community, I'm passionate about supporting one another. Everyone deserves to have their voice heard and feel connected, valued, and understood. I also have a deep love for animals and nature, recognizing their healing and grounding potential.
