I offer a person-centered, solution-focused, strengths-based approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques to help you accomplish your identified goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can evolve and grow at any time in their lives. I believe the only limit to human capacity is the one we place on ourselves and with the right support those limits can be removed. I believe vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness, and needs to embraced as such. I believe animals should be allowed in sessions as they are proven to have positive effects for those struggling with all forms of mental health, which is a major reason I offer telehealth counseling only.
