I believe the therapeutic relationship is a central component to therapeutic healing, so I will make every effort to understand you as an individual. Every client is different, so I will work with you to figure out what approach seems to fit best for your healing journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person is typically doing the best that they can with the knowledge, skills, experience, energy, and/or resources that they have at the time. This means that I actively do not hold judgment towards anyone for any mistakes or weakness they believe they carry. Instead, I strive to identify and develop strengths while holding space to acknowledge unmet needs from the past.
