About My Clients
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem, perfectionism, OCD, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. I provide a supportive, judgment-free space to process what you’ve experienced, better understand yourself, and build practical skills to feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your life.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW/LICSW) with experience in the field since 2017 and dedicated therapy work since 2022. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression and life transitions. I integrate EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and ACT to support both symptom relief and long-term growth. My background includes crisis work, community mental health, and outpatient psychotherapy, which allows me to approach each client’s experience with a wide lens and a trauma-informed perspective. I offer a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, understand the roots of their patterns, and learn evidence-based skills that help them feel more grounded, empowered, and capable in daily life. My goal is to help clients move from simply coping to feeling more present, confident, and aligned with the life they want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe there is something really valuable in slowing down and being present for the life happening right in front of us. I’m naturally curious and love learning, exploring new places, and finding inspiration in the world around me. I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, visiting museums and art spaces, and discovering the little details that make a place or experience memorable. I also value connection. Meaningful conversations, shared experiences, laughter, and time with the people who matter most. At the same time, I’m a big believer in balance. Sometimes I’m happiest exploring somewhere new, and other times I’m perfectly content being a homebody and enjoying a quiet day. For me, a fulfilling life is about making room for both: curiosity and comfort, adventure and rest, connection and solitude, growth and simply being. :)
