I have a passion for helping others through challenging obstacles in their life. I know what it's like to struggle with life issues and mental health; having support is essential. If you'd like someone genuine, understanding, or just someone to talk to, I'd be happy to help. I specialize in infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, womens issues, and so much more. I can provide individual, couples, and pre-marital counseling. I am excited to hear about your goals and help you achieve them.
My Background and Approach
I have been working in the mental health field since 2019. I have extensive knowledge in crisis management, suicidality, and infertility. I incorporate different types of interventions in my practice, because no two patients are the same. I adapt to my clients to fit their needs. I offer an unbiased, safe space for you to share your struggles. I respect all beliefs and cultures. People have negative and positive experiences with religion. For this reason, if you'd prefer to incorporate a Christ-centered approach to counseling let me know.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
While life sure does throw some curve balls you don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy is a process and not a quick fix, I will be there every step of the way supporting you the best I can. I am a Christian based counselor and have personally struggled with my own mental health issues. I don’t do it alone, and you don’t have to either.
