My Background and Approach
I believe that you innately have the tools and knowledge to heal yourself, which is why I utilize a person-centered therapy approach to assist you with connecting to yourself and unlocking your inner truth. As a trained yoga teacher, I enjoy incorporating mindfulness and movement techniques within the treatment. The wellness of our mind and body is inherently intertwined; I find it important to pay attention to the entire system.
