About My Clients
Are you feeling overwhelmed by a life transition, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, or addiction recovery? I work with thoughtful, creative, and dedicated individuals—including helpers and creatives—who are seeking deeper connection, resilience, and a greater sense of meaning. If you're ready to reconnect with yourself and move forward with support, I'm here to walk alongside you.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Sofia University and practice under the supervision of Martena Rachel Wilson, LMFT. My approach integrates ecotherapy, EMDR, parts work, grief support, and trauma-informed care to help clients navigate life's challenges with compassion and resilience. With a background in wilderness guiding, rites-of-passage work, and addiction treatment, I offer a grounded, holistic perspective that supports healing, emotional regulation, meaningful growth, and lasting connection with yourself and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and compassionate support. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe to explore life's challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves, their relationships, and the natural world. I value authenticity, curiosity, and meeting each person with respect as they move toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
