About My Clients
I work with adults healing from trauma — including complex PTSD, childhood trauma, and trauma that shows up as high-functioning anxiety, panic attacks, or burnout. My practice serves working professionals, first responders, healthcare workers, and trauma survivors. Clients from BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and historically marginalized communities are welcome. If you've tried to move on and your body won't let you, you're exactly who I work with.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Boston College and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I serve as a Clinical Supervisor at Trust Therapeutics, mentoring clinicians across the practice. My approach combines Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. My practice is rooted in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed care — meaning identity, culture, and systemic stress are part of the clinical picture, not afterthoughts. Sessions are paced to your capacity, with a focus on stabilization first.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe trauma care must be anti-oppressive, collaborative, and paced to the client — not to a protocol. I am committed to the idea that healing happens in a therapeutic relationship that honors identity, culture, and systemic context. I advocate for trauma-informed practices across professions that carry high trauma exposure — including first responders, healthcare workers, and social workers — and I work to build care that centers both the nervous system and the whole person.
