My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Amanda has 8 years of experience working with adults in a variety of settings. Amanda is a highly skilled, trauma-informed, holistic, client centered therapist whose goal is to create a trusting and compassionate therapeutic alliance that encourages self-exploration, self-awareness, empowerment and movement to achieve goals in therapy and life. Amanda uses an Adlerian and trauma-informed lens to help clients understand and create change
