My goal is to support you in overcoming challenges while embracing your inner strengths so that you can live a fulfilling life. I combine evidence-based modalities to create a holistic approach that fosters healing, resilience, and personal growth. I provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Suffering is inherent to being human. I believe in our innate ability to embrace suffering, heal and become the strongest, most authentic version of ourselves. I’ve had the privilege of working as a therapist for 15 years. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I will work with you from a person-centered approach, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Parts Work, Positive Psychology and Existentialism to support you in your healing.
