About My Clients

My clients are often autistic or ADHD women, many late-diagnosed, as well as neurodivergent parents navigating the complexities of family life. On the outside, they’re thoughtful, capable, and high-performing, but privately they may feel exhausted, anxious, or overwhelmed. They are deeply sensitive and emotionally attuned, yet often put others before themselves, leading to people-pleasing and burnout. Many care deeply about relationships and connection but struggle with fears of rejection.

My Background and Approach

With 25+ years as a licensed clinical psychologist, I blend attachment science, polyvagal theory, internal family systems (IFS), and compassion-focused and somatic practices to create a warm, relational space grounded in neuroscience and mindfulness. I walk alongside neurodivergent adults especially women and parents helping heal burnout, trauma, and masking through neurodiversity-affirming assessment and therapy that honors your nervous system, pace, and lived experience.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should honor your unique neurodivergence, culture, and life story, offering a space free from judgment where you can explore identity, relationships, and change at your own pace. I hold curiosity, compassion, and respect for your nervous system at the center of our work, helping you feel seen, understood, and supported while building tools and insights that truly fit your life.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
