My Background and Approach
As humans we may find ourselves at crossroads in life- stuck in a challenging or devastating situation, or at our wits end and in search of a new path to a healthier self or positive change. Over the past 15 years I (Amanda) have partnered with families and young adults to help them reach their goals and manage school, home, and family related challenges and adjust to new transitions that are medical, mental health, or personal relationship focused. My hope for you and others is the ability to access direct support during rough times when in search of healing, mentoring, connection or belonging. I partner with care to support young adults, new parents and adolescents in a range of specialized areas that focus on finding meaning through your storms to rediscover hope and strategies thru hardships, loss or significant life changes.
