My Background and Approach
I am an integrative therapist offering trauma-informed, somatic, and depth psychological perspectives. I am also trained in both EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and Somatic Experiencing. Both strive to bring the body and mind into harmony. I support you in gaining insight, improving relationship, and processing emotional pain.
