My work is trauma-focused and is oriented in psychodynamic and humanistic techniques. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. My therapeutic orientation is based on psychodynamic and humanistic theories of psychology. Psychodynamic psychotherapy aims to connect a client’s past experiences to their present difficulties. Humanistic psychotherapy focuses on each client as a unique individual who has the power to make change within themselves.
