Greetings! I specialize in serving individuals struggling with minor to major life problems and changes, including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, and Stress related to work, relationships, or life changes.
My Background and Approach
I am currently a LPC candidate and I work under the supervision of Autumne Good, LPC. I completed my degree at Franciscan University of Steubenville and have worked as a therapist at Cedar Springs Hospital. I use primarily CBT, DBT, and Assertiveness training and continue to learn and use more modalities to better help you.
