My practice is tailored around providing support for couples, caretakers and/or serving those who serve our communities. We have a thorough understanding of the unique struggles that parents, couples, and first responders face, and we provide collaborative education and support to help these clients feel their best again.
My Background and Approach
Ohana Wellness Collective was built on the idea that the traditional, medicalized model of counseling doesn't work for everyone. Rather than search for what is "wrong" with clients, we emphasize natural strengths & abilities to help our client's better tackle life's various obstacles including but not limited to: sex therapy, pregnancy/postpartum/parenting, relational struggles, burnout, first responder wellness, anxiety, depression, work/life balance difficulties. Our innovative, holistic approach to assisting Florida Individuals, Couples, & Families is client centered, strength-based, and collaborative. We are adept at helping both individuals & couples navigate their journeys through major life difficulties/transitions. We believe in a mind/body approach to wellness & are passionate about helping individuals & couples in our community. We believe that with the right tools and support, you have the power to radically change your outlook and your life, for the better.
