About My Clients
At Radically Human Therapy Solutions, I work best with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-worth, or the long-term effects of trauma. I also support those facing life transitions, burnout, grief, and relationship struggles. You don’t need to have the perfect words to start, just a desire to feel more grounded, understood, and in tune with who you are.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor’s in Child and Family Development and a Master’s in Social Work. I’ve supported teens and adults in private practice, school-based, and community mental health settings. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches like DBT, CBT, and person-centered therapy, always tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem, and have extensive experience helping clients navigate burnout, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to provide a space where you can feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and human, without pressure to perform or pretend. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in the belief that growth is possible, even when things feel messy or unclear. I bring both clinical skill and lived experience to my work, and I aim to meet you with presence, honesty, and care as you explore what healing can look like for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strive to offer a therapy space that honors your full identity and lived experience. While I’m not a direct member of the LGBTQIA+ or BIPOC communities, I actively support and affirm them, and I work from an inclusive, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive lens. I recognize the ways systemic injustice and marginalization impact mental health and aim to hold space that feels respectful, safe, and validating. I also support causes related to mental health access, reproductive rights, and suicide prevention, though I am not directly affiliated as an activist or volunteer. I’m especially passionate about serving individuals in rural and underserved areas who may have felt unseen or misunderstood. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be accessible, nonjudgmental, and rooted in real connection. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and am committed to continuous learning and accountability in creating a supportive and inclusive space.
