About My Clients

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationships, family dynamics, and life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting women and young adults who are learning to set boundaries, manage overthinking, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with themselves. I also support women navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and other women’s mental health concerns. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaning

My Background and Approach

I am a Mental Health Counselor-Limited Permit (MHC-LP) who provides individual therapy with a warm, collaborative, and person-centered approach. My clinical experience includes supporting clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship concerns, family dynamics, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. I integrate evidence-based approaches tailoring treatment to each client's needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I also have a special interest in women's mental health, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum concerns, and the emotional experiences that can accompany these transitions. My goal is for therapy to feel like a space where you can be honest without judgment, better understand your patterns, and develop practical tools to navigate life with greater confidence and self-compassion. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you as we work together toward the changes you want to make.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a Dominican therapist, I understand that culture, family relationships, values, and the expectations we grow up with can deeply shape how we see ourselves and navigate relationships. I believe these parts of our identity deserve space in therapy rather than being overlooked. I value authenticity, compassion, self-awareness, and creating space for people to define what a fulfilling life means to them. I believe therapy should be a place where you do not have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. Outside of my clinical work, I have a strong interest in women's mental health, wellness, body awareness, relationships, and personal growth. I am passionate about helping women feel more connected to themselves and empowered to make choices that align with their own needs and values.
