I am a certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) therapist using mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal skills, & distress tolerance to help you feel in control of your life. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a goal-oriented clinician who utilizes manualized evidenced-based treatment approaches. The ultimate goal of successful treatment is identifying effective strategies that can be used in your daily life. I have extensive experience and training working with Personality Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, grief, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I am certified in DBT. The life changes you want, require you to dig in and work between sessions. Therapy happens in an hour session, but what you glean from that is what you take and put into practice every day outside of that space to create a life worth living.
