Motherhood is a beautiful, messy and complicated journey. Along with all of the love and joy that motherhood can bring, it can also bring with it some really tough emotions, from guilt to fear to anger and even grief. It is a life-changing transformation to become a mother and many times that transformation looks and feels different than we imagined. But you don’t have to figure it out alone, mama.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed psychotherapist and perinatal mental health specialist. Maternal mental health is my passion and I work with moms across the continuum—from those who are trying to conceive and/or expecting to those who have been in the trenches of parenthood for a while. I work with infertility/loss, perinatal depression and anxiety, as well as with mamas that just need little extra support as you navigate raising good humans, maintaining/strengthening your relationship after baby, finding balance and managing “mom guilt” and burnout. My goal is to help you make time and space for healing, develop healthy boundaries, increase self-care & master healthy coping strategies and communication techniques so that you can be the best version of you, for yourself and for your family.
