Maybe the people-pleasing and self-doubt have run for so long that you are not sure who you are without them. This is therapy for finding your way back to yourself. Working together feels less like being analyzed and more like finally being understood. We go at your pace, look at the patterns underneath the exhaustion, and figure out what you actually want. I draw on CBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, and schema therapy, matched to you. Warm, practical work with adults, couples, and families.
