About My Clients
I offer individual therapy with teens and adults using strength-based approaches and nervous system awareness. Among some of my areas of specialty are stress and anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, burnout, as well as grief and loss.
My Background and Approach
Holding a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space is at the core of the work I do. It's important to me that you are an active participant in your therapy treatment, and I will, of course, be here to offer collaborative and individualized care along the way! In our work together, you'll see evidenced-based tools pulled from various therapy modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solutions Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a licensed therapist and board certified health coach, I have over 15 years of experience supporting teen and adult clients in the mental health and wellness space. Outside of work, I enjoy comic books, swimming, surfing, spending time in nature with my Goldendoodle, Ziggy Stardust, and watching the Great British Baking Show with my partner.
