About My Clients
I have worked with individuals across the lifespan (as young as 5 years old) and aim to help people process trauma and re-engage in activities they find meaningful and fulfilling. I have a great deal of experience supporting college-aged individuals, people with ADHD and people on the Autism spectrum, and those in the queer community.
My Background and Approach
I’m a mental health occupational therapist with a passion for supporting individuals in building resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful engagement in life. With advanced training in EMDR and mindfulness coaching, I integrate evidence-based approaches to help clients process trauma, manage stress, and restore balance. My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed lens, emphasizing safety, collaboration, and empowerment. I work holistically, recognizing the mind-body connection, and tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, or seeking greater clarity and calm, I offer a compassionate space for healing and growth.
