About My Clients
I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with women experiencing depression, anxiety, major life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma related issues. I also work with parents who need help developing parenting strategies for challenging behaviors in children. No matter what you're bringing to our sessions, my hope is that we can work collaboratively to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
My Background and Approach
I have 8 years of experience as a licensed social worker and have worked as a therapist for the past 4 years. I am currently seeing clients in person or virtually. I am licensed in Missouri and Kansas. I believe as humans we typically work through the messy parts of life best with the help of other humans. Therapy is a sacred space and my goal is for you to find healing and wholeness in that space. Starting therapy can feel scary and my goals is for you to feel that you can show up as your authentic self. Above all, you are somebody in this world and you deserve to take time to focus on you.
