About My Clients
You’ve tried figuring it out on your own, but something still feels stuck. Maybe therapy in the past felt too clinical, too rushed, or like you had to explain yourself to be understood. Healing from trauma doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or lonely. With the right support, it’s possible to feel safer in your body, more grounded in your life, and more like yourself again.
My Background and Approach
If you’re looking for a therapist who will truly hear you and help you move toward real healing, you’re in the right place. I specialize in working with survivors of sexual trauma, childhood abuse, and relationship or betrayal trauma who feel stuck between understanding what happened and still feeling its impact. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on your autonomy and pace. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that helps process distressing experiences in a way that often feels faster and less overwhelming than traditional talk therapy. Grounded in person-centered and empowerment-focused care, therapy with me is tailored to your unique needs, helping you feel safer in your body, more connected to yourself, and more confident in your relationships and choices.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when people feel safe to be fully themselves. I’m a strong advocate for women’s empowerment and part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I value inclusivity, identity-affirming care, and creating spaces where clients feel genuinely seen and respected. My work is grounded in the belief that trauma often disconnects people from their sense of self, and that healing includes reclaiming identity, voice, and agency. I’m especially passionate about supporting survivors of sexual, childhood, and relationship trauma who may carry shame or feel alone in their experiences. I believe every survivor deserves support that feels compassionate, empowering, and free from judgment and that healing doesn’t have to be quiet. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with your strength and move forward on your own terms.
