Anxiety is exhausting. Sheer will and trying to ignore it might work for a while but the burnout comes eventually. Maybe you’re stuck in a cycle of pushing yourself to be perfect, avoiding your needs, eventually finding yourself unable to do anything because perfection is not attainable, and then punishing yourself by attempting to be perfect again. I have supported many clients dealing with anxiety using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.

Many people understand their anxiety logically but still feel overwhelmed, on edge, or disconnected. I help clients explore the deeper experiences that contribute to anxiety while learning to feel safer and more grounded. My approach combines trauma-informed therapy, nervous system support, and practical tools so clients can move beyond constant worry and feel more at ease in everyday life.

As a Trauma Professional and ART-certified therapist, I specialize in helping clients move beyond the lingering effects of trauma, including hypervigilance, intrusive memories, and nervous system overwhelm.
