About My Clients
You might look like you’re holding it all together, but inside, you’re exhausted from overthinking, carrying too much, or feeling like life is harder than it should be. Maybe you’re used to figuring things out on your own, but lately that isn’t working as well. You may feel stuck in burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or putting everyone else first. You can feel emotionally alone, even around others, or know what you “should” do but struggle to make the changes you want.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who works with adults and young professionals navigating anxiety, overthinking, relationships, burnout, and life transitions. My approach is practical, collaborative, and shaped around you. Therapy isn’t about checking boxes, it’s a place to slow things down, make sense of what’s keeping you stuck, and work toward changes that feel realistic in your everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, grounded, and human. You don’t need to show up with everything figured out. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and explore what you want to be different in your life. I believe emotional struggles often have a story behind them. The ways we think, feel, and respond can be shaped by what we’ve experienced and what we’ve learned along the way. Therapy can be a place to understand those patterns and find ways of responding that feel more manageable and sustainable. I value authenticity, curiosity, and practical change. We’ll look at the bigger picture while also focusing on what can actually shift in your everyday life. Progress isn’t always linear, and small changes can matter just as much as big breakthroughs. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going for walks or hikes, reading, and traveling when I can.
