I work with adults who are thoughtful, self-aware, and high-functioning, yet feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-criticism, or people-pleasing. You may carry a quiet sense that something about you isn’t quite right internally, or find yourself in unfulfilling relationships or patterns. My clients want meaningful, lasting change and a space where all parts of themselves are seen and held.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, and approach therapy from a trauma-informed lens. In our work, all parts of you are welcomed, including those you may have been avoiding or hiding. Clients describe me as warm, authentic, and direct. I support you while gently challenging you when needed, helping you break old patterns, build self-compassion, and create emotional balance. Together, we focus on moving past self-criticism and overthinking, so you can feel more confident, grounded, and connected in your life.
