About My Clients
I enjoy working with individuals (16+) to explore and address anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, grief/loss, family dynamics, and relational concerns. I provide a collaborative space to explore, challenge, and change patterns that no longer serve you.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is a unique opportunity to explore ourselves, and how we relate to others, in an intentional way. I’ve been providing therapy in private practice for 12+ years and believe a supportive therapeutic relationship is the foundation for a meaningful therapy experience. You can expect compassion, curiosity, and even humor to be a part of our work together. I love to support clients in both symptom reduction, as well as improved wellness and a better sense of self. My approach to therapy is rooted in a non-pathologizing perspective and draws from Narrative, Client-centered, Systems, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Strength-based, and Biopsychosocial therapeutic modalities.
