About My Clients

My Background and Approach
For 6 years I have worked as a therapist with adolescents, adults, and families on a variety of concerns including self esteem, parent-teen relationships, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, parenting concerns, and more. My approach is always client-centered, warm, and trauma informed. My goal is for you to feel empowered and heard in a place of nonjudgment.
