About My Clients
I have been working with individuals, families and groups for almost 15 years. My approach is direct and enthusiastic. I want to encourage my clients to be more intentional with their thoughts and behaviors so that we can gradually move towards a more loving and kinder view of self. Over time, my goal is to help you bring your best self forward with confidence, acceptance and greater awareness.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in various fields relating to foster care, domestic violence, child trauma, adult trauma and hospice. I have supported clients through some of their most stressful times. It is an honor to help people recognize their strengths and resilience during these challenging times. My practice experiences have taken place in the office, homes and hospitals. I have a certification in Mindfulness Clinical Interventions for trauma, anxiety, depression and sex. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. After working in the health care field for many years, I have a special passion for first responders and their families. It is my hope to specifically support those who are helping to care for others. Your work is appreciated and honored.
