The transition to parenthood can be challenging, whether it's the first time or fifth, it's my honor to walk alongside families as they walk their own unique parenthood paths!
Overall, I have a fairly eclectic approach to therapy as each client has unique needs. However, I utilize mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and narrative approaches most frequently. I also use a critical-feminist framework.

While I am trained as a "generalist," I am passionate about perinatal mental health and have committed the past 15 (ish) years to extensive study in this area. I have worked as a doula, childbirth educator, and advocate. I have conducted research and published on this topic from both an academic and lay standpoint.
