About My Clients

My approach blends proven methods with compassion and structure. Using the Gottman Method and EFT, I help couples manage conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen connection. In sessions, we slow down reactive cycles and practice communication that fosters empathy and repair. I also work with individuals who want to heal past wounds, understand their patterns, and build more secure, fulfilling relationships.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the inherent worth and dignity of every person, and that all individuals deserve equal rights, respect, and opportunities. My commitment to social justice shapes the way I show up in the therapy room—I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where diverse identities and experiences are honored. I also believe deeply in the power of relationships: they are where we find healing, belonging, and the courage to grow. When we invest in connection—with ourselves and with others—we create the foundation for resilience, intimacy, and positive change, both in our personal lives and in the world around us.
