My Approach to Helping
I use an eclectic/integrative counseling style (CBT, DBT, Trauma Focused, etc); I work from a variety of therapy approaches (compassion, validation, and authenticity) and techniques to meet the specific needs of each individual
Why I am a Good Fit for You
I identify as a feminist lesbian woman and a Highly Sensitive Person/HSP. My clients are mostly Women and LGBTQ+ identifying folks ages 10+. I do offer mental health assessments, diagnosis, and paperwork needed by medical providers for gender affirming treatments. I understand it can feel overwhelming to reach out to a therapist; I make every effort to provide a safe space where you can think, feel, and speak freely without judgement.
