My Approach to Helping
I counsel from an intersectional multicultural feminist therapy perspective. I’m eclectic in my approaches (CBT, DBT, Trauma Focused, person centered); working authentically and compassionately using different techniques to meet the specific needs of each individual
Why I am a Good Fit for You
I identify as a queer woman and a Highly Sensitive Person/HSP. My clients are Women and LGBTQIA+ identifying folks ages 12+. I do offer mental health assessments, diagnosis, and whats needed by medical providers for gender affirming treatments. I understand it can feel overwhelming to reach out to a therapist; I make every effort to provide a safe space where you can think, feel, and speak freely.
